Bernardo Chamber of Commerce Celebrity Golf Tournament

36 celebrities and former athletes played in
a five-some with corporate men and women who are in support
of the Rancho Bernardo Chamber of Commerce and it's efforts.
The tournament was held at the Rancho Bernardo Country Club.
Some of the celebrities in attendance were; Chris Judd, B.J.
McPhearson, Joe Conley, Patrika Darbo, Mike Lansford, Don Murray,
Sam Scarber and others.

770 Leukemia/Lymphoma Society Celebrity Golf Tournament

Like every year, with over 50 celebrities from
Hollywood, Olympians and retired athletes, this event was a
big success. The event was held in Santa Clarita at the Robinson
Ranch golf course on Monday, August 18th, 2003. The raffle prizes
were spectacular and the pre tournament breakfast was the usual
feast. If you didn't sign up for this years tournament, there
is always next year!

County Bar Foundation Celebrity Golf Tournament at Strawberry
Farms

For a number of years now, DME has booked great
celebrities for the Orange County Bar Foundation's golf tournament.
Owned and operated by former MLB player Doug DeCinces, Strawberry
Farms golf course is always a fun course for the celebrities
and patrons to play. While mingling during the cocktail hour,
patrons and celebrities viewed the silent auction items and
made their bids.
Vision
Ridefor the Foundation For the Junior Blind
(November
16, 2003)
November 16th will mark the First Annual Vision
Ride for the Foundation For the Junior Blind. This event will
be a 50 mile ride beginning at the RockStore in Malibu. Afterwards
there will be a party at the corner of Civic Center in Malibu.
The destination spot will have food, drinks and a great blues
band for entertainment. This is sure to be an exciting event
that will raise money for an excellent cause. This unique organization
helps young people that have eye problems to better their quality
of life. They not only provide families assistance with transportation
but also with medical attention to their young ones. Celebrity
riders that will participte are those like; Gary Busey, Cris
Judd, Anne Lokhart and more.
FILA
Cancer Challange 5/10K Run/Walk & Kiddie Fun Run

On Sunday, November 9th, DME will coordinate
the celebrities for the 6th Annual FILA Cancer Challenge 5K/10K
& Kiddie Fun Run at UCLA. The proceeds from the walk and
it's wonderful Pancake Breakfast, will benefit the Hirshberg
Pancreatic Cancer Center at UCLA. Over 1,500 participants are
expected to enter this year's event. With celebrities walking
and running side by side the patrons, this is sure to be a great
event. As well as joining in the morning stretching, the celebrities
will be there after the walk for press interviews and available
for photos for a $5 donation to the Hirshberg Pancreatic Cancer
Center. |
